No actual updates as such, been a busy boy with work and other things. Today was my first day off in a while, so i give the car a mini detail and went for a drive. Took some pics along the way :)

Some of you will recognise the scenery from Shaun's pics, its the same place. A truely beautiful area, but one of the worst condition roads in history, it was sore on her :/

Unfortunately there was only one way in and one way out when going to the lighthouse, it was the most horrendous road/lane ive ever been on and here was nowhere to turn so you had to keep going, the car had to endure some pain. I went very gently into the pothole in front of me as there was nowhere else to go, my bottom arms scraped along the road and i near lost my sump cover.

The offending road:

Top Speed on this lane, for a quarter of a mile

She escaped the ordeal thankfully, but i couldnt be angry for to long with all that beautiful scenery around.

Great looking pics! Thought I recognised the car, you're over on detailing world aren't you :p.

I'm glad I stumbled across this post actually, I have a very similar number plate T44 ***. At the moment I have a standard plate on the car, but in the garage I have the same pressed plates as you. I've never been entirely sure whether they'd suit the car or not. Yours look spot on :) given its a different car, but I may have to go and dig them out aha

Thanks mate up the T44s haha yeah the metal plates do look good but don't last, bought a few sets over the years. This current set is only like 6 months old and already the front one is stone chiped and the rear one is bent in the middle. They look nice but aren't made to last

Cheers Scott, nah they didn't get any dings thankfully. Still need to get my rear one refurbed after I clipped it on a kerb at my mates house in the dark :(

Really like the rear exhaust split! Not as overwhelming as an RS4. Prefer a little show when leaving every thing else at the lights...
Wondering what to do with mine.? Double rear exhaust split can look too much however?

It's a beautiful place. It's called St. John's Point, Killough, Co. Down :)

Yeah I went for the duals, I thought the quad exhausts are a bit overkill looking on a diesel A4 lol unless you have quite a big engine, I'd stick with the duals.

Car is looking well mate. No way I would have taken my wagon down that road! Would have had to come back later and pick up my front bumper haha!

Thanks mate, it was tough on her but she's a tough cookie, Audis really are built to last. :)
