Where to get the battery flat fuses (for AMSS)

I have finally got my hands on an AMSS and am getting the bits together for the install. The guide uses a flat 40A fuse with the plastic on it, all I can find is what seems to be bare flat fuses (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40A-Fuse-...-Ships-Fast-/161721480640?hash=item25a759f5c0), can I get the fuses as pictured in the guide anywhere?

I have an aftermarket HU, I just need to check it has a sub out, if it does I assume I can run my own remote wire and RCA so I don't need to tap into the Bose sub wiring?

Thanks, I was searching flat fuse rather than midi fuse

I think that holder will take both types of fuse?

I don't think I need a holder, I hope there is a spare slot on my battery but I needed to know what those types of fuses were called
