It's because of the Black valance.
I have similar 4" tips on my car with a colour coded valance and they don't look as big.

Makes mine look like it needs lovin!

One thing I did get recently was a Dtuk box. On map 3 plus 2 it'll blow a 2.0tfsi but still gets an average on 44mpg! Not bad for a dorty deisel 2.0! Map 3 plus 3 is just stupid! Like spinning the roulette!

Indeed, James has done a fine job, 2 days on its as shiney and soft as ever

Got the RS4 gloss black grill on last night, really happy with the look.

Been doing a lot of thinking tonight, obviously I want the car right for the shows in the new year but I could save myself some hassle and run with the current wheels again but revitalise them with a new colour.

I did a photoshop of my ideas and along with my other gloss black plans it just seems to work and tie in. The car looks transformed with minimal work.

These plans will add a whole new aggression to the look of the car, compared to the reserved look it has at the moment.

Rear wheels will have spacers to fill them out a bit and the front has been lowered an further roughly 10-12mm. Hideous windscreen sticker also removed.

What do you think guys?

Yes , red cars have always looked awesome with , gunmetal grey , anthracite coloured wheels .

Glad to see RS4 badge and window sticker gone , less is more...

What glass/level of tint do you have ?

Looks like it could do with being darker.

Thanks lad, the rs4 badge has been taken off a long time a go, the sticker more recently.

The car has no tints at the moment, it's definitely on my list to get done though
