Just back from this at IMAX Manchester, went in not expecting much.......
Actually pleasantly surprised, ok some of the dialogue / acting is cringeworthy, however the set pieces/action scenes/destruction are superbly done.
Better than I expected.

slight aside to the actual topic, but i watched "Hancock" the other night and it was crying out for The Rock in the lead role. Will Smith was good, but Rock would have totally owned that character.
They are supposed to be casting the Rock in the lead role of the Upcoming Big trouble in little China re-make........
