New 2015 RS3!!!

It's nardo. There's a video from the same event where it's clearer.

Looking good in what my colour blind eyes are telling me is Daytona Grey. Front arch looks quite pronounced from that angle.

i would hazard a guess at Nardo looking to the right of the grill (taking into account the v bad picture), but difficult to know for certain without a good quality pic

Looks like bardo to me too, looks like a mini rs6 in that pic

I swear I must have a really decent case of colour blindness!

Nardo didn't even cross my mind in the last two pics.

The last one looks metallic, I think it's an over exposed Daytona. But equally, I could p'shop a nardo to look like that too!

yep, the pic quality doesn't help. verdict = open? until better image surfaces :)

looks like pano roof too, but again, quality doesn't help

if it has, then the theory of orders being placed with pano roof are not being accepted at this early stage of overall orders is busted.

Which really makes me twitchy over why my 49.3k order STILL doesn't have a BW?

like I said, verdict = open. But seriously, 40+k car and ****** phone camera, sigh.. LOL.

Do the RS models come standard with an RS badge on the key fob? Iv seen a few pics on Instagram of the advanced key with the RS badge on them.

good question, well presented, deserves a ****** good answer :)

"Key with RS badging" where's this from? Interesting find

It's from a PDF file that showed up prior to the launch of the RS3 in Geneva. However I believe there was a similar inference around prior to the launch if the S3. So I wouldn't hold my breath as that never happened.

That is 100% nardo. With a filter. There are clearer photos of this car and registration on Instagram
Look at the background colours on the second photo.

I have pano roof and BW29 over in Australia...

Should my order be locked already? It's not due to begin construction until the 13th of July. All I want to add is privacy glass and the dealer is saying it's not possible. Any thoughts? Iv asked what build code it's at but they haven't replied.

Seems very early - usually happens 2-4 weeks before production. However it's not unheard of for it to happen earlier so they could be telling you the truth. As you've asked for, see if it's code 10 or 20.

What are my options if it is locked? I asked them to add the windows two weeks ago and they're only telling me now. Not F-ing happy.

Il let you know the build code if they ever get round to telling me...

It can't have been that locked. Iv just had a call from the dealer to say they've sorted it. It's either locked or it's not, it can't be half locked.

Result though... What sort of time frame are we talking from the start of build to delivery typically?

Hmmmmmm. I ordered on Saturday, how long does it take the dealer to process the order and get some sort of feedback / build week.

Anything from 2-6 weeks. All depends on the shipyard and when your car manages to get on a boat from Emden.
The factory train to Emden is usually only a couple of days, the UK port (1 of 3 depending on your locality) to dealer again is usually a couple of days and then dealer time for PDI is again a couple of days. Cars will often sit at Emden for a couple of weeks waiting for a boat though.

It's took me until today to get any real feedback of a build week etc. as far as I'm aware it's a dealer car that was ordered then spec amended so it's potentially been on order since April or earlier

Good info, thanks a lot for that

Anything from seconds to a couple of days. Orders are only updated on the system twice a week, so if you happen to be ordering that day you'll find out immediately. However, even once the order is accepted (within a couple of days of order) BW allocation can take weeks beyond that (this is totally pot luck and nothing the dealer/Audi UK can do to make the factory allocate a BW quicker).

Does anyone know if you can get the dash inlays set in Carbon as per some of the press cars? I can't find it on the UK configurators?

Not in the UK. It's an option in Germany.
Gets my goat that national Audi entities don't allow certain options!

I thought this, my dads old RS4 had the carbon inlays and it was class. I am still after a picture of a red RS3 with titanium wheels with black grill and black mirrors :-(

My SQ5 also had carbon inlays. Can't understand why Audi UK are not offering it when it's a factory option.
Would be an easy retrofit tho...

I guess we you could purchase direct from Germany and replace? Seems a complete faff when i agree an option like this would make a lot of sense in other markets...

that's some nasty *** number plate mounting he's got going on there :p

so we have seen German and Belgium plated RS3's; one shot of a UK RS3 - there must be more in the UK by now?

If you look at the Belgique audi website (Audi.be) - their RS3s don't come with LED Headlights as standard (€ 919.60)

They also have:
Exhaust-enhanced sporty sound, chrome tips (€ 1,016.40):welcoming:
Right outside mirror (large field of view), convex ???????
DAB Radio (€ 300+):wtf:
Audi Connect (€598)!!
