a4 cab TOWBAR fitting guide

Getting a towbar this weekend, and hope to fit it.
Fitted towbars to
4xT4 vans
1x golf cab
1xpassat est
1x new beetle.

Time has come to fit a towbar to my a4 cab or it will have to go.

Any guides would be helpful
 
Very VERY easy.
Bumper off, crash bar off, fit tow bar in place of crash bar !! That simple
No other brackets etc
Wireing can route through an existing vent straight up to rear lights
 
There is a guide hiding in our A4 B7 forum somewhere, although it's for an Avant. I'll let you do the searching. Don' t forget to buy the 'Magic' relay.
 
Forgot what it is now, 7 way relay I think. It's a generic relay for towbar electrics, not always included in the towbar kits. You need it to overcome the bulb failure system.
