Driver Memory Seat - How do you know?

Hi Guys,

Currently on the lookout for an A6 Black Edition 2012-2014.

I see some of these cars listed as having seats with 'Driver Memory' and I can see the option on the Audi site - but the question is how can you tell if the car has this function?

I saw one car listed as having this option but I couldn't see the usual Audi 0-1-2 buttons on the drivers door.

Please can someone with the option confirm what to look for?

Also, does this memory function control anything else (eg mirror position?).

The buttons on the drivers door are what you need to see. They also control the side mirrors and the steering column if it's electric. If you use separate keys, it will remember the settings for the key, so the seat, mirrors, settings etc will be set for the user before they get in.
 
As far as I know, you cannot get electric seats without the memory function.
