How much have you lowered your b5? (pics if possible) Im looking at lowering my avant as it looks a bit like a 4x4 at the moment, but cant decide how much by.

This is an eibach pro-kit, which lowers about 30mm:

You really dont want to go any lower, as it already scrapes over speedbumps etc.

This is about 60-65mm on coilovers,only catches the mud flaps on the highest of curbs and speed bumps

Im liking the look of that. Iv got 18x8 on mine with 225/45 though, so tyres will look a little higher in the arches?

When I had 225/40s on my rs6 reps they caught the front arches a bit so it might be a good idea to get them rolled or pulled,depending on the wheel offset of your wheel
