Hi guys!

Just ordered a Panther Black S3. Hopefully it'll be here in September! After a long winded ordeal with an S1 which has finally been returned due to endless issues.

No doubt in due course I'll be looking for stage 2 power!

Wanting to get as much info on vcds mods as I can for it's arrival aswell as it's delivery detail I'll carry out at it's earliest convenience. :sunglasses:

I'm in Plymouth! I'm hoping the forum have meets and stands at shows that me and the wife can attend!

Eventually, they have bought the S1 back and gave me a generous deal.

After it hit the press and social media they changed their tone and I respect them for that.
 
Tried that with Vauxhall and they still never caved. Sold it eventually. Glad Audi were more understanding. What were your issues?

I work for vauxhall and my mangers where happy to give me support to back myself up from a business view also. I had every avenue covered. Long winded but worthwhile come the end.

It had a faulty steering rack, steering column, clutch, waste gate and a defect in the ECU.

Now we're hoping for a faultless S3!
 
That's a lot of issues, and big ones, for such a new car. Hope your S3 lives up to your expectations.
 
And within 24 hours of driving it from the show room...you can see why I lost faith in the car.
It's been sat at there for months as I refused to drive it any more.

Now we came to a deal I've handed back the keys and they can do with it what they want.

When I bought the S1 it was that or an S3. Seeing as there was only 7 S1 on the road at the time, that factor sold it to me.

I should have got the S3 from the start. I'm sure it will be everything we want.

That's horrendous. I hope they kept you mobile while they attempted to sort the issues. Apart from the Insignia I've only rejected 1 car. 320i msport BM. Had a 'miss' in 4th gear and they couldn't fix it. They spent almost 5k trying before they did me a great deal to get back into a 5 series. Glad your getting it sorted.
 
They can always do a deal and working in a main dealer workshop it makes me wonder why don't they do them sooner before **** in off custom.

Oh well. I've got my eye on the APR intake at the moment. I'm sure when the car comes, I'll have a few goodies lined up.
