Micro SD card with adaptor ok?

Ordered Sandisk 64Mb SD card from Amazon for new car but mistakenly ordered Microsoft SD card. Will this work ok in the car with adaptor for music or I am I better returning for full size SD card?
 
It should work. But I'd return. Could always save it and stick it in a dash cam.
 
microSD will work, but is not recommended as its a two part object, vibrations in the car might cause it to seperate, then you've got 1 part lost somewhere.

Best to stick to a full size SD if possible. The owners manual does recommend a 1 piece SD card, and warns against using a microSD with adaptor, due to parts getting "stuck".

Agreed my thinking also. Would be costly to fix too
