I had a new condenser fitted just before I left for a holiday 3 weeks ago and noticed today that green liquid is leaking on the floor. Is it likely to be condenser?

The dye added to A/C systems to help find leaks is bright yellow/green. Could well be something's not been fitted properly and would be my first port of call.

G12 you mean? Isn't that pink? The stuff I'm talking about is green and oily.

I had a new condenser fitted 3 weeks ago to make my A/C work again- £500 is what it cost but I thought well, at least it's all fixed.

I have just come back from holidays and noticed this green puddle. Went back to to the garage this AM who told me that the old pipe has been 'disturbed' and has split. Cost of pipe+ labour will be £335 which I simply can't afford. One of the mechanics suggested I could try finding someone who could weld aluminium.

Sod knows where to find this. ANNOYED, ANNOYED, ANNOYED!

You could argue that the only person to have disturbed the pipe would be them!!
Unless you know different?

As the pipe is damaged and the air con system empty there is nothing to stop you replacing it yourself then just taking it to have the system refilled at a vastly cheaper cost (~£50).

Shame your not closer to scarborough, there's a guy there who's really good with audi's who would have a look for you
