Replace RNS-E MK1 with MKII and AMI

Hi All, I'm just about to update my RNSE. I'd like to fit the AMI at the same (assuming I can source one). My S3 8P currently has the OEM CD changer in the glovebox, would the AMI be a straight swap or will I need to run a different cable from the RNS-E to AMI?
