Hi All,
I'm new to the forum, and would like to introduce myself and ask a few questions which I have been pondering over, so please bear with me...
First and foremost. I'm 22, living just outside Oxford. I collected my 'new' 2008 Audi A3 Sportback 2.0 TDI 170 S Line Quattro just over a month or so ago. This is infact my first car, and what a car it is. Very low mileage I believe for its year as its only achieved 40k miles.
After seeing various other A3 Sportbacks around (And there seem to be lots!) I can't help but think that they do look great with other types of wheels than the ones I currently have fitted to mine. I'm currently running 18" S Line wheels with 225/40/18 Eagle F1 tyres. Would anyone be able to advise on what wheels would sit slightly wider on the car and fill the arches a little more, as they currently sit inside the arches a little too far for my liking. I have thought about the possibility of fitting 19" + 8.5J wheels with stretched tyres for the summer. Has anyone done something similar?
Thanks,
Rich
