I finally have access to a lift today but before I do it, any advice before I break my s3 in half.

Never actually got round to this last year but this weekend I have access to said lift.
Are the sills really the best place to lift? Usually when I jack the rear I use the point just beside the handbrake cable with the rubber bung for jacking and for the front I use the chassis legs
