Good Morning All,

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if this has been posted somewhere else. I have just bought my first Audi, A 2015 A1 Sportback 1.6 tdi S Line and I am really pleased with it, I've only had it a few days and want to add gadgets and activate bits on it using VCDS.
I have added a dashcam and brodit phone charging cradle, and soon to be adding a reverse camera and intergrating it to the factory screen.

Using VCDS I have activated needle sweep and left mirror dip on reverse, which I will post a how to soon, my question is has anyone activated stuff like Hill hold, coming lights etc on a 2015 A1 as I CAN find details for earlier A1's but it seems different on this model.

Thanks in advance

Mark

RE reversing camera. This is the only OEM style system on the market right now, it's only been available for a couple of months. This is my car that was the guinea pig for it

I'm super impressed with it, definitely recommend talking to Advanced In Car.
Please don't consider the £100 cheapo ones, they are REALLY crap!

Thanks Jose departing I will have a good read

Thanks for the quick response

I've ordered my camera from the same people, top guys that know their stuff

I am getting this from your link Jose

Odd! If you go to the A1 Forum, and the How Too section, it's the S1 VCDS sticky

I can get on their landing page but clicking forum and it still says the same, not sure if it's my phone or the Site?

BTW your car looks awesome

I think it's the site. I'm using Tapatalk on my phone and it works fine, but if I go via the browser I get an error

Jose, I've checked out your vcds mods on a1 forum, and have now activated rear leds always on, now looks awesome. Thanks alot.
Just need to find out how to activate Hill hold assist

Yea, I'm yet to find a car with it not activated from factory to confirm if it's still the same as the 'old' way.

Hi Jose

Have you found a way to activate coming home lights for the A1 2015?

If you can remember how you activated it I would appreciate it, when you get chance

I'll take a look, but it will be a week or so as I'm on business in Chicago.

Hi Jose,

Did you ever manage to find the programming instructions for activating coming home lights ?

Ps I've fitted my reverse camera and it works a treat, I would recommend advanced in car to anyone

Ah nice :)
I've been in a courtesy A3 with no camera or sensors (front or rear!) - it's amazing how dependant you become on them!

I'll take a look at the coming home coding for you mate - clean forgot, sorry mate.

Thanks I appreciate it, and yes you really do depend on them, feel lost without them!
