Rust removal Shropshire

Hi does anyone know anywhere that does rust removal in Shropshire? The sticky pads on my rear number plate had given up so i took the plate off to replace them and found this hiding behind it

It is behind the plate. Get a wire brush and some rust remover and off you go. Prime it and spray it yourself, just mask the boot around it. Really doesn't need any pro work for that.

There are a few blisters by the bottom corner of the rear window also so want the lot doing
