Looks lovely, the dogs are busy admiring it too i see!

One thing to add = Ultratek number plates....changed mine on day 1 and they look so much better without the lip advertising the dealership, no GB side emblem and no nasty screw caps!

You can see a thread about them here http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/behold-ultratek-plates.238994/

Here are mine so you can see the difference front and back:

The sticky pads you get with them are ultra strong (5 on each plate)...nobody is getting those off in a hurry!

And if you drive in Europe you have to add one of those nasy cheep plastic GB stickers...have asked dealer to make sure I have euro style number plate on my S3

That depends on individual taste, I like the clean uncluttered look :) You can't see in those pictures but the letters/numbers are raised, so having a flat emblem wouldn't look right (in my opinion)

They also look great at night when the light hits them

I've never taken a car over to Europe and don't intend to, so not a problem for me ;)

I asked for the gb plates as I drive to germany twice a year I also quite like the look tbh ,

You can still get the Ultratek plates with the GB logo ;) I just don't like advertising their dealership for free lol :D

This gives you the idea:

With without

That has to look even better...hasn't it?

lol of course it is, what else are you going to spend your money on??? :D ;) Think they are around £30, I got mine for free as I ordered them via the Audi dealership I was buying the car from, when I asked how much extra they wanted they told me not to worry :)

It's sad I know, but when you see the rain sitting in the letters it makes it worth it lol :)

My Ultratek plates have the GB logo on. And will be on the car next Friday. I'll get some pictures up once they are fitted.

S-line looks lovely but I'm still glad I put the money to the faster engine and had the sport but wih Xenons

how do you attach your plates as the boot has the outward recess for the plate and some pads seems too think ?

I really want to loose the screw holes

Once you take the rear plate off it will have a load of sponge padding/template on the car which the original plate sits on/screw to, take that off so that you just see the paint/body with two holes for screws. I covered those over with some tape and then applied the 5 sticky pads to the new number plate and job done.

NB: Make 100% sure that it's where you want it before even letting it touch the paint, I literally let it touch just to see if it was level (it was) but there was no way I was moving it if it wasn't...the pads are super sticky lol :)

If I was doing it again, I'd probably hang the plate in place with some masking tape to make sure it was level/central and then just lift the plate up, take the pads off and lower back in position to where the tape is holding it.

Cracking looking car love the reg and the black styling package,is that a PANORAMIC ROOF l spot?
