Joking and winking a side...this is all I used and I'm being deadly serious. Mightily impressive results for something I picked up in a supermarket and the car hasn't been waxed or polished since the end of last summer. I tend to use a generous amount in the bucket and use it regularly. Plus the fact it was sunny and it's Estoril blue. ;)

2 bucket method. Jet wash a panel at a time starting with the top half of the car going round once. Then replace suds and repeat for the bottom half of the car. Obviously wheels are done first. Use fast glass for the windows. Megs next gen all metal polish paste for the exhausts and megs tyre gel. That's all I do at the moment. Yet to venture down the obsessive route but I feel it's not far off....money and fiancé permitting.

Who needs a mirror when you have brilliant black :)

Nice one. Haven't considered using anything else for the results achieved at a very reasonable price don't think I need to. The spare money can go on polishes, waxes and microfibers.

Hello all,

Weather was perfect today for detailing the car, not too cold and overcast. Firstly Valet Pro Bilberry Wheel Cleaner, leave to dwell for a couple of minutes, agitate with hogs hair detailing brush and PW off, next Valet Pro Citrus Pre Wash, leave to dwell for 5 mins and PW off. Wash using 2 bucket method with AG Bodywork Shampoo and Megs Lambswool Wash Mitt. PW off and then first time with the Farecla G3 Clay Mittusing AG Rapid Detailer the mitt and detailer are absolutely brilliant, bodywork felt like glass! Next was AG Super Resin Polish buffed off with AG MF towel and then on with Farecla G3 High Gloss Carnauba Wax and buffed off with another AG MF towel, first time using this wax and it issuperb, easy on with the included foamwaffle applicator and buffs off a treat!! Next wash AG Tyre Dressing and AG Wheel Sealant. Pics below:

After a full Phantom Black paint correction detail recently
The results were imo were truly amazing and definitely worth the money?
However it's so hard to keep a black car clean as a lot of owners will know.. Especially living by the seaside..
Even on a dull day you can still see the lovely cloudy British weather...
