The brakes on my tfsi special edition are way past there best so gonna get new discs and pads all round.
I have the cross drilled 320mm discs and was wondering what my options are as guessing the local Dingbros won't stock them.
Not really flush for cash as got suspension to buy as well lol so conversions ain't gonna work unless it's circa or cheaper than OEM replacements.

Personally not a fan of grooved and drilled discs as I have found the grooves can be noisy and you get more brake dust as they do what there supposed to cleaning up the face of the pad.
Car parts for less are pretty good. They stock Pagid discs and EBC performance pads and if you are clever with the discounts you can save some money.

Pagid 320mm cross drilled front discs £110 a pair

Pagid 288mm rear solid discs £69.50 a pair

EBC red stuff front pads, I use these and they do have very good reviews, next to no dust and very good performance. £93.44

EBC black stuff pads , these are essentially a standard pad compound £ 15

You get a 10% discount on all performance parts using discount code FAST10 so order the pads together as one order and these will work out at around £99.

For the front discs any order over £100 you get a £15 discount so order these as one order for £95.

Rear discs you get £5 on orders over £50 or £10 on orders over £75. So as the discs cost nearly £70 you could top that order up with £5 of something that you will then get free.
Either way rear discs £65.

£99 + £95 + £65 = £259 ish .

A better performing set than the ones linked above but they won't look quite as racy. I think all the parts should be correct for your car but check them.

You could order the fronts and pads now and do those and order the rear discs later.

Thanks Karl. Will check all that out.
I'm not fussed for drilled and grooved as never drive the car hard enough to warrant them but cheers for the link Marc.

I would stick with the OE pads and discs, you can buy the Pagids at Eurocarparts

The parts I linked to are from car parts for less which is the internet trading side of Euro car parts. They are the same company selling the same parts but they are always usually cheaper from car parts for less because of the discounts.
For instance the 320mm driiled Pagid discs are £95 a pair with the discount from car parts for less, the same part from ECP is £116 a pair.

See what you mean there, website is the same layout but different colours and prices of course. Will use them in the future but I see they only do home delivery. So it's CP for less if I'm not in a hurry and ECP if I am, I'm only a mile away from one of their branches.

Desertstorm,

How do you get those discounts?
Fast10 doesn't work for me and don't see the other discounts you mentioned.
I can still save a tenner on the fronts without discounts tho so will deffo use this site more.
Thanks
