Hello lads, had a search on this but found little. I'm looking to get water meth fitted to my s3. I know you can buy the aem kit for around £350, I rang my local well known tuner and they wanted over £900 fitted !! Many people seam to fit it themselfs, is it a big job as the tuner must be wanting about £600 labour?

Yes fitting the water meth kit is a pain, as you'll have to take some trunk panels to route the wires/pipes etc to the engine compartment. It does take some time too.
If your not familiar with this stuff I highly advise you to let your tuner do it for you.
Regarding what brand it all depends on what you want from your kit and how much your willing to pay for.
Lots of people over here are using the AEM kit and they like it for its simplicity.
If your planning to get tuned for water/meth I highly recommend you look for a kit with a fail safe feature to avoid any engine damage in case anything goes wrong with the water meth injection.

I've used the AEM kit for a few years now with no problems.
Simple to use and set up.
Fitting it should cost nowhere near that amount of money and AMD certainly didn't sting me for that sort of cash.

I would...they did a very neat install on mine.
