Had a clunk started recently and i thought id post up how i sorted it...i replaced the ARB links with meyle HD ones.and no change. so i stripped my front suspension and all was tight...track rods were well worn but not knocking...checked inner tie rods whilst i there too.all nice and tight 93k all original
Checked the rack, thats nice and tight too.
So i checked the subframe and the bolts tightened 2 revs each!! with a windy gun, pretty sure id found the culprit, put back together.reversed off my drive, hey presto clunk gone.
Ill be putting some new bolts in asap.
Hope this helps a few peeps tracking down a Clunk/Knock whilst parking ect.
