Does anyone know if this is possible?

Just realised it doesn't come standard in Ireland! It's just under €800 as an option.
The car I test drove had it so I stupidly just assmued mine would.
Car is due at the end of the month so can't make any changes.

Have it on my current 8P so will miss it

That's a big oversight from you, how could you miss that on your order?

Possible yes but it will be cheaper to change the car, awful lot of parts and labour to pay for.

Am sure you would have wanted the full climate control but I wouldn't worry too much. Regular temperature controls with manual AC is still pretty decent. Lots of other features of your new car to enjoy!

Didn't you read the brochure? Mine got really dog eared, and I had it on my iPad as well!!!

I was in the same boat as you (I bought the car online and didn't see it before I bought). So after a little further investigation it doesn't seem like the auto climate control is just plug-n-play because it requires a few more sensors (some moisture sensors) in the mirror area.

However I could be wrong, if you find the center console thing for cheap and want to be a guinea pig for all of us without the option, please let us know the results! I can't seem to find a controller that doesn't have outrageous shipping.

If its the same old manual cable system, then forget it, buy a new car as its a pita to retrofit & costly, I would take it on, but just be aware if its not electronically controlled on manual systems now, then it wont be cheap, labour alone will be quite a bit.
