Hi bill I've just pre ordered the manifold and some rods, Im waiting for beach buggy to get back to me about a k418t will it be possible to send the turbo hot side to you in a few weeks for porting
 
How will they be after pre-order time option expires Bill?

sure, no problem.
I do these frequently.
 
Without causing any issues as i know the manifold issues from the past. How does this compare to the new relentless pro 4 manifold. Any obvious differences. This is my next purchase so doing as much research as i can.
 
The Gen2 has shown it flows on a more occasions recently. One car nearing bills lupo results, and another with a stock k04 achieving record numbers for that specific. The gen2 and pro 4 are different so comparing is up to the consumer i guess. I've got a b5 mani so I can say it flows well, reliable and makes the car sound better too imo. Fitment is what people mostly compare and I can say the gen2 is much easier to fit than the pro4. I'm going to use my b5 on another a3 I'm planning on buying cheap for a run around and a k04 for track days because of its reliability.

the highest powered std k04 and hybrid k04 cars use this manifold.

NOW, before folks get all fixated on a single component, there is NO SINGLE COMPONENT which magics up the high bhp levels. They are a combination of a mix of well functioning components, whose Combination, result in good results. The manifold is on cars >350bhp-372bhp since April Last year. They support the power, they do not magic up the power alone.
