Just a post to say how good Forge Aftersales have been.
Some of you may know that my car piloted the Forge face lift intercooler and DV system.
Now they had my car 2 weeks, what must have been 2+years ago now(and probably at least 30k miles ago) I can't remember.
They developed and left all the bits on the car. It's been great ever since.
When the car was handed back to me it was running BOV which was fine, but a while down the line I wanted change it back to running re circ but continue using the Forge valve. I asked if I could buy the correct pipe from them and they simply sent me a length of it. No quibbles - completely FOC.
Then about 3 months ago I noticed the O/S intercooler hose was 'sweating'.
So I thought, best clean it up and change the seals. Did another 2k and had another look and it was oily again.
So I sent them an email 2 days ago and I only asked how much a single hose would be to be replaced - they sent me a complete fresh set FOC.
Now that's customer service. I feel like I'm wrapped in Forge cotton wool.
So for all those thinking of going Wagner or Peron, think about the whole package you're buying. Not just the lump of metal.
My car gained 22bhp on back to back testing with their cooler. Very competitive.
So thank you Forge, keep it up.
