Sump Plug

Afternoon lads,
Was away to order some more sump plugs washers for replacements. I seen on ecs tuning they have the magnetic ones but also the quick drain ones.
Has anyone got these or mayb just best to keep it simple?

Magnetic sump plug and a Sealey 6.5 L oil extractor is my preferred.

I have been using an ECS magnetic one for a few years.
Get a little swarf (if you can call it that - more like microscopic particles) everytime I do an oil change - (5,000 miles)
Dont know if it helps out - time will tell.
I guess if I get a lot of swarf at any point it will be a sign that things arent going to well!

Heared a lot of people using them when rebuilding engines to help drag out any stray metal particles during the running in period.
