Revo induction kit 3.0 V6T

I think there's an induction kit of sorts included in the MRC stage 2:
New intake pipe (looks to have a bigger diameter)
MRC high flow panel filter,
And an airbox mod.

They are not cheap (£500 odd) but use a special coating on the metal induction pipes which reflects heat. They also come with a heat shield which helps to keep a cooler Air intake.
With heavy throttle input the supercharger whine is quite noticeable, but it is quiet at other times. I cannot hear an induction noise like you would get with a n/a car.
As it is part of a package I don't know whether it makes any extra power on its own.
I have a little clip of it when I first got it fitted, and tested it on a private road!

I have the AWE Tuning induction kit which allows extra supercharger whine in to the cabin (but not excessive)

The kit installed looks OEM as it uses the same airbox, just with a different filter and induction pipe without all the resonators inside.

Just throwing this out there as there's been a bit of discussion about supercharger whine/noise - more info here, p34.

Apparently there'sd a resonator attached to the intake between the air filter and supercharger, as well as insulating foam in the engine bay that directs s/c noises down. May remove them and see what happens!
