Good morning all, i have replaced my front tyres recently and looking to do the backs next payday (i will have 2x kenda 235 35 19 partworns available if anyones interested cost to be decided)

My wheels are bbs reps with the following:
Rears = 9.5j /ET42 Offset
fronts = 8.5j /ET38 Offset

My question is the rears have a 10or 15mm spacer setup. What is the best spacer setup and what is the widest tyre that will fit with no rubbing?

Hope this makes sense.

I had issues with clearance with 235-35/19's on 9.5x19 rears with an offset of ET35. If your wheels are ET42 with 10mm spacers then thats ET32 which is 3mm further out than mine. I'm now running a 225-35/19 which unless I have 2 people in the back don't catch but it can depend on what brand of tyres you use. I have used Autogrip in the past as they are quite a bit more narrow than other brands in the same size, have a look at these pictures i posted in a previous thread http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/new-tyres.193627/. As to what spacers to buy, just get direct fit ones (drilled to 5x112 with the correct centre bore), don't buy universal ones they are more trouble than they are worth.

Must be 15mm spacers then the wheels were professionally fitted. Im only asking as the rears tend to have a slight stretch unlike the fronts. Thank you for your advice.
