dual nozzle wmi

They've been out of stock in the states of the smaller nozzles sizes for at least a month, seems to be all over with DO kit

I've had a word with Bill at Creation and the new spacers will all have a countersunk area so the nozzle goes in deeper and should eliminate this problem.

well he can have mine back then
just got it today and its stupidly designed

the nozzle is no where near close enough to the inside
i cant stand having to change things from new
especially when thats the whole point of the ****** thing!!

Bought mine from psi tuning just same don't tell you that only certain nozzles fit psi never had a clue when i asked and me devils own nozzle didn't fit.

Got a deliver today. So this happened.

Drilled out the top of the threads to allow the nozzle to screw down enough to become flush. Re tapped threads and ready for fitting.

mine should be arriving soon then

when did you order yours leigh?
i paid for mine nearly 2 months ago!

Don't recall when. I new there was a delay when I ordered. But Bruce was good at keeping me up to date.

He got the delivery from USA just before the bank holiday so should get yours soon.

Yeah they got all of the nozzles a week or so ago over there as mine was shipped in the U.S. on the 29th but still hasn't arrived at my mailing account yet :(

I fitted this spacer and a second nozzle last night. I now have a nozzle here and a nozzle post intercooler.
From taking the car out last night, I dont know if its a placebo or not, but it feels nuts to drive now!
The inlet manifold is STONE cold after a good half hour of spirited driving!

My convern now is that I havent countersunk the nozzle as in the pics above, will this mean the DO1 spray pattern will be catching the sides of the plate?

yeh thats the problem scott it hits it and causes a drip effect

Been cleaned up since pic. Obviously remove from car if doing it. Produces a fair bit of swarf.

For the guys already using duel nozzle setup, do you have a solenoid fitted for the post TB nozzle?
I haven't put my 2nd nozzle in yet because I dont have and cant get hold of a solenoid ATM (no stock)

Steve

Fitting a AEM kit now and going to be using one with my duel nozzle, its is recommended to use a solenoied if the nozzle is lower than the tank

Just a question

Sometimes wm tends to leak and drip, now if you have the tb spacer and it does leak won't that be an issue filling the chamber with water?

If it's before tb you only run the risk of it leaking into the pipes. Won't it be better to run a small jet just before tb and a larger one closer to cooler?

Leak through is normally only an issue of jet lower than the tank.

Use of a solenoid or cut of valve helps to prevent this.

The idea is to run larger one at intercooler and small one at throttle body.

with the adaptor plate do you need a gasket or gasketless for these guys?
wanna do mine asap!

i have the check valve but every now and again i get some leaks.

i dont know how i feel about the nozzle being after tb to be honest

If leaking then change out the check valve mate. Or fit solenoid. Get the basic working right before adding more to the system.

yes.. to an extent but if wideband it will adjust to its desired programmed level within reason
