Audi a6 avant c5 WINDSCREEN WIPERS WON'T COME OFF!!

Hi all,

Can anyone let me know how my widscreen wipers come off. I bought some replacements and it looks like they slide out, but i have tried pulling at the old ones and they are not moving!!!

feel a real plonka!!!

Not a plonka at all, but they are all easy - once you know how! There are different types, give us a picture.

It's all sorted...it was definately a slide mechanism, just hadn't been changed for a while, needed a good pull...
