Hey,

So I've been using Osram Nightbreakers H7, which they don't seem to last long whatsoever not long ago my n/s passenger headlight bulb just blew, which seems to be the case with these bulbs. When I use bog standard bulbs they last for months on end without fail, these don't....

So what I'm asking is what bulbs are you guys using in your Audi's that are reliable, decent brightness, how far it travels out etc etc.

Thanks in advance!

Ben

No plate
I use H7 Philips white vision in all front lights, the sidelights are a perfect match, so it's a uniform colour
Light travels good, good enough for lanes at 60 mph if not more ;)
20% off at the mo if you use SPRING20

I might just have to order myself a set of those! ;)

I've heard good things about Philips bulbs being very reliable.

Also where's the 20% off thing?

grab a set from Trups on here. 100w dipped, decent colour. cheap and effective !!!!

MTEC Cosmos Blue 55W are great too if you're looking for the close to xenon look.

OP benny probably had the Osram Night Breaker Plus bulbs the new Unlimited are ment to last longer .

The Philips White Vision are only a 30% improvement over a standard bulb , why buy when you can have the 130% improvement of the Philips X-treme Vision .

Do they overheat / melt the headlight? All the updated bulb I've seen to date have destroyed the headlight in time.

Just to jump in here, what would be a good side light bulb to use? Something on the same colour/style etc as the Philip's X-treme etc. Open to options on these though.
