Called these buffoons earlier as I'm on the hunt for another T-Sport. First off, spoke to someone and he immediately put me on hold. Couple minutes later and I'm put through to someone else. Asked him if he could tell me more about the car and he says ''it's all on the advert, mate''. I started with my list of questions (because the ad didn't mention everything) and he only gave me prompt 'yes' and 'no' answers to a couple of them and kept interrupting by saying ''just come and see the car''. I explained I'm not willing to travel 200+ miles without getting all the details of the car first.
I then asked him about the condition and he replied: ''you can see it on the photos''. Then asked him about the 'full service history' and he says ''yes, fully stamped book''. How is it a full history without a single invoice proving anything? So I move on to my next question (expecting another succinct answer!) which was regarding the cam belt. He simply replied: ''just find another one!'' and put the phone down. He was so eager to get off the phone, I'd say I only spoke to him for a minute and a half tops before he gave up. Seriously? How do you expect to sell a car if you're not willing to divulge information?
