If its the square screen in the middle rns-d unit, that uses the old analogue receivers, so of course is defunct now if tv is fitted.
Upgrade to the rns-e head unit, of which we can do & then we can fit an aftermarket tv system.

You could maybe add a media adapter with dvb tuner, but the rns-e is a much better unit to view with tbh, more modern, far superior.
