PAINT CORRECTION AND DETAIL PRICE?

HI ALL

NOW I DONT KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT DETAILING A CAR AND I WOULD ONLY MESS IT UP IF I TRIED SO IM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME OUT WITH MY AKOYA SILVER A38P1. IM WANTING SOMEONE TO BRING THE PAINT WORK UP TO STANDARD. GET THE SWIRL MARKS OUT AND GIVE IT A PROPER GOOD GOING OVER WITH POLISH WAX OR WHATEVER FOR PROTECTION. THE PAINT WORKS NOT TOO BAD IN MY OPINION BUT IM SURE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING AT WILL TELL ME DIFFERENT AND POINT OUT THE FLAWS.
WHAT SORT OF COST AM I LOOKING AT FOR THIS?
IM BASED IN HALIFAX WEST YORKSHIRE

At a guess. About 350 quid. On a car of this age you might want to consider just a buff and wax whichever would be about 80 quid

Www.panelcare.co.uk. Ask for jake. Buffed my old mk4 golf. Came up a treat and only charged me 60 quid admittedly this was a while ago though

That's the one. Mines the one with the old sport wheels that look like they're polished, up boothtown. I've sent my mate a message asking for prices

This may be of some help for pricing, as most Detailers offer similar'ish pricing scales

For example - All Gtechniq Uk Accredited Detailers charge the same price as set by Gtechniq themselves

With detailing you get what you pay for! You pay 60 quid for a "buff" that's what you'll get. They won't use direct light or anything so it'll look good untill the sun hits it or the street lights ect. Can get a decent enhancement for probably 150-200. It a full correction will be about the 400 on wards dspending on location and condition

yeah its like anything i suppose. you get what you pay for. ive seen some pretty shocking efforts of buffing cars and like i said im no expert

I do it at weekends as a business in south west scotland. I would charge for a single stage enhancement about 120 that's based on my area. Their isn't anyone else local to me that does it. But not many high end cara to charge much extra. Pop over to detailing addicts on facebook and ask their will be an ethuisast local that would love to help

I'm in Wakefield

For an enhancement that's a single stage polish as well as the usual wash is usually 150 quid

For serious in depth paint correction it starts at 600 and goes up in price depending on how bad! Silver isn't the easiest to do correction on either as it hides a lot of marks which is also perfect for you as you could easily get away with doing a pretty decent job yourself

Unfortunately I'm booked up for the next 5 weeks at least in detailing and wrapping
