Hi All.

@Sandra

Hope you are all well?

I have just spoken to Tunbridge Wells Audi and they would love to have us for a dealership meet. They told me they have and can do the following things:

- Huge fleet of Demo cars that they would be happy to show us and take us out in (any suggestions on particular cars would be great so i can let them know)
-Will make sure a couple of Master Technicians are available for any questions
- A new state of the art 3D configurator room for building your own car (only centre to have this) that they will show and let us use
- Food and Drink bar for us all

They have suggested the best earliest date for them would be the 22nd of March but are very flexible for any Sunday after .

Can everyone let me know their views and if they would be interested and i can get everything confirmed :)

Just to let you know, this is a great dealership, they really helped out in getting Tracey's mums car sorted while I am up in Brum. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One bad point though is its location, easy enough to get there but the traffic around it is an absolute pig as they are carrying out widening works just up the road. I can see most of the 30 minutes allocated drive time just getting to the main road. Hopefully it will all be sorted by then.

Put me down as a maybe though.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with T Wells Audi also.

i know what you mean about location but on a Sunday it will be no problem at all. i drive up there regularly on a Sunday and never had problems.

I'd be up for it. It's a bit of a drive form where I am, but would be nice to take part. Very flexible on dates, as long as it does not clash with the AMD RR day :)

Don't worry i'm going to AmD RR as well so ill make sure it Doesn't ;)
 
Could be up for it if the dates work out right .
anything fast and expensive should do for demo's:undwech:
With the A21 road improvements at the roundabout at north farm well under way the traffic is going to be hit and miss , some days i can drive thru easy other times its a right nightmare !

Yes will be - spoke to them yesterday and they are getting back to me early next week with answers to questions i've asked , ill then coordinate everything with Sandra to get everything sorted ASAP

The date doesn't have to be the 22nd they are open to Sundays after so suggestions on a date were everyone is available would be good :)
 
How about the following Sunday on the 29th March?

Sadly the 29th doesn't work for me due to work so guess I'll be sitting this one out.
 
What dates would you be free on a sunday ?
 
I know the 22nd was ok. Other than that for the next month or so it would be 19th April then nothing until May. I'm just awkward so best suit yourselves and if I can get there, bonus for me!
 
update from me - i'm going into t.wells Audi this Saturday to have a chat with them so will let you know the outcome :)

Still very much on . Apologies for not getting everything finalised . I have on numerous occasions asked them to get back to me and was meant to pop in last weekend but then the person was off ! Will let you all know asap . Sorry for the delay !

Hope to make this once date confirmed.

29 March - tricky but likely too short notice anyway.
26 April, 24 May & 07 June - can't make those.

I keep chasing but with so answer yet. i am there on Saturday as need to get my Nav disc out so i will ask again and put some pressure on them :)
 
Little update on this

They were reluctant to tell me but the Head of business has moved on from that dealership and the new head of business has not bee there long. They will be passing me his contact details shortly and i will have more info to follow :)
