I'm in the process of retrofitting the front pdc to my S3. I've removed the scuttle thinking there will be a lovely big grommet that I can use but alas no!
The easiest place to me looks like through the bonnet cable grommet, but surely there must be an oem route through?
It's a kufatec loom but no instructions supplied so I'm making it up as I go along.

pdc? my fog lights were fitted Sunday and the bonnet cable grommet was used

I think this is slightly different but a friend of mine fitted a sub in the back of his Audi A4 and run the power cable through the grommet for the ECU.

When I did it in my MK5 Golf there was a grommet behind the battery on the passenger side that came out in the passenger footwell.

Not sure if this is helpful at all but thought I'd share :p

Yeah it helps but also confuses me lol.
At the moment I have the front sensor loom wired to run along the drivers side, if it is designed to go through the grommet behind the battery, it means the front sensors will be wired the wrong way!

as he said.. there is a spare grommet under the plastic cover by the passanger wiper. carefully poke a wire clothes hanger through and it comes out between the door and the glovebox. I did it for my sub power wire. If you need pics let me know :)

page one and two of that guide explains how to get the cable through the way i did it. ^^

Cheers for all the help, trouble is I have no idea which way the loom runs across the front sensors if i'm honest. I.e left to right or right to left! I could end up with the sensors showing back to front. I just assumed that with the park assist module being in the boot on the drivers side, the wiring would run that way. In other words on the other side of the engine bay to the spare grommet.

Visit this page and click on the hyperlink to download the fitting instructions. Go to page 2 of the download and look at at paragraph 3 ("Nylon Hose Routing"). This, along with the accompanying picture, may be of some use?

I stuck it through the bonnet release cable grommet in the end. If the sensors are back to front. I'll rewire the plug!

nice work getting it though. did the kufatec come with any destruction's, i'm thinking about fitting it also...
