Yep. That's why I chose that spot for the pic.

IIRC, law states the 40 sign on the pole is correct as it complies with the rules on road signage. The repeaters do say 40.

@Nawaid - nice road choice but sadly no 8V visible. Am prepared to be generous and would allow a toy/model 8V, but no car = no points....

We need a time frame for pics to be taken to stop the game dragging out... Say 4 days as there's enough members to cover it. If the person who suggests a challenge that doesn't get completed, they need a forfeit ;).
 
Valid point on the challenge expiring. 4 days may not be enough to cover a weekend and that's when most people would probably have more time to find the more obscure locations. How about 1 week and if challenge not met then it reverts to the previous challenge again (in this case any road sign)?
This would also help people who had tried for the previous one but been beaten to it.

@The Challinor stop just posting text in this thread, and get out in your car.
It's all very well saying "I can see a castle from here" - if you don't actually post a photo of your car :p

Anyway - I suggest you drive to !EEK and take a photo of your car under that roadsign :p
 
Well I checked a list of all the street names in my local authority area, and not one funny one.
If we don't get a post this w/e I suggest a new challenge.
 
Since mine hasn't been met then I should forfeit the right to choose an alternate one. In post #88 I suggested it should revert after a week to a repeat of the challenge before the one that was unfulfilled. That idea seemed to be liked so there it is;

I agree 4 days is long enough, if it hasn't been done we go back to the previous challenge to give people a second chance.

So we are back to by a Road Sign lets' say to be completed by 4pm Friday?

It is low lol, the joys of air ;)

Next up, a picture of your car near water. Wether it be the sea, a lake a river or waterfall etc. No puddles or buckets lol

Now, funny you should say that.
It's irked me from day one. Asked Audi to check it out and the response was "it's within tolerance"

I thought I did well getting through the monkey enclosure safely - car still in one piece - only to go and break down in the Lion enclosure At feeding time ! ... Hasten to add it was not in the A3

Whoever thought driving through an animals home was a good idea, unless you have a banger.
