WTF is dab? Where I'm from that's a form of marijane .....

I like FM, but that little thing will give me nonstop commercial free music of what genre I want or whatever.

Of course the outlet didn't fit in the stubby German lighter outlet so I hard wired it.
Only thing I don't like is when I shut my car off it cuts power and makes a loud annoying noise through the speakers, like an amp would

DAB is Digital radio in UK.

Could you have not wired it to a switched live or via the stereo? (relay etc) That way it would come on at the same time as the stereo and not cause the interference?

Wouldn't wiring it to the stereo fuse be equivalent? Right now it is wired to a fuse that cuts off to the key but leaves me with that noise, maybe if I go to the stereo fuse it will be better as the stereo cuts out when the key is pulled not turned back
Thoughts?

Great minds think alike my friend =)
Will be doing this later, got rid of some of my clunking and front end noise. Turns out my Cv shield that I never touched backed out and was bouncing, found that out when she stopped moving.
2 Cv bolts backed out two stripped and belt so had to hack saw, and 1 snapped
I can only use 5 bolts as one snapped threaded in but shouldn't be a problem getting out.
Doesn't clunk when shifting anymore.

Side note, awd is so amazing, so easy and fun to drift with but gives you insane traction!!

Fiberglass kit on way
 
I've got some por15
Going to treat the rust then fiberglass over, having some new stuff in there would be money I don't have atm
 
I can't weld I don't have the proper crap and I don't have the money
This car will be around thata why I am using por15 then fiberglass over it, I'm thinking that will be a good fix as the rust is being taken care of then I'm fiberglassing over it
I won't have to worry about it rotting out
 
First coat of por15 on, second coat later some more in the morning then fiberglass tomorrow when she arrives
 
Sorry gave you guys the short version
I sanded all the crap away, went a ways back under the coating and opened up the hole a little more. What's left is good, I'm por15 ing the surface rust, and giving it some strength back. Taking care of the rust, then going to fivmberglass over it.
Then top it off with bed liner.
 
After a few days the fiberglass has hardened and is doing great. Also took care of rust on door.
Have bought and hard wired a 3 outlet plug as the oem one is **** and never works.
Bought two light bards for the foot wells up front that light up red blue and green.
Ordered a sub and amp kit today just something cheap to get me by for now, and am getting speaker wire to run wire to my new Ken Woods in the rear deck
