A3 Chorus (2008) Dead!

So my car has been off the road for a while as I have been using my company car. The battery went flat and when I charged it back up my radio won't work.... No back light nothing... Just dead!

I have checked fuse f8 and f9 in the engine bay fuse box and sprayed a bit of wd40 in incase it was damp..... I have also changed the fuse on the back of the radio..... It's still dead!


Anyone got any ideas what it could be?
 
You could check pin 7 on one connector (Red/White wire) and see if you have permanent +12 volts. Check also for bent pins and/or corrosion. Disconnecting/reconnecting the connectors should also help to clean up the pins a bit. Worth a try.
 
I have a chorus for sale from my Audi A3, £25 if you want it.
 
Ok mate,

I can probably come and collect over the weekend. I jsut neet to sets that the HU is gettting power when im next home
