Does it already have a twin exhaust either side or are they both on the one side?
Either way I don't think it is a straight bolt-on replacement.

It only has the twin pipes on the passenger side cheers for the reply it was only for the look not performance
I have a feeling there is a difference underneath which makes routing difficult plus the rear bumper/valance needs changing.
I find it hard to believe Audi would have different chassis for a 2.0tdi and 3.0tdi. One has twin pipes and one has pipes either side.
I've seen under mine and the routing space is there but you may need the attachment points fixing for the exhaust rubbers.
My suggestion would be exhaust would fit, but a new valance would definitely be needed.

Ah, there you go. Didn't think they'd use a different chassis but thought there was something in the way apart from the rear valance.
