Hello everyone I'm looking to add the finishing touches to my car starting with the air intake. Currently it's 75mm and I plan to go 90mm coupled with an S4 MAF. I'm sorted for pipe work so I'm looking for a suitable air filter preferably with a 90mm I\D which will fit straight to the MAF.

Does anybody have any recommendations ? Power will be in the region of 400-450.

Difficult to find a decent 90mm necked filter... I had some adaptors turned up in the lathe that took the MAF to 100mm and then you have all the choice in the world...

Thanks Paul. K&N offer a good selection but they do not state horsepower rating. Making a bush wouldn't pose much of a problem. Are you using a generic filter that 100mm ?

i went through the k&n catalogue for ages looking for one for mine. I got one that was a little bit bigger than my previous jetex in size, which was rated at 400hp, so figure the bigger k&n would cover it.
i have a part number somewhere if you would like it
 
Superkarl that would be great , thanks. Gives me a few different options to choose from since space could be limited.
