I finally get round to posting here for the first time so hello! But I write this a day after my first Audi A3 2.0 TDI looks to have been written off.
I had stopped on a single carriageway waiting for the car in front to turn right and as I was waiting a car from behind paid no attention to my brake lights. I was rear ended whilst stationary from someone doing at least 50mph and she braked very late.
The car took all the impact on the back and it looks a lot of damage. Such a shame as the rest of the car is still in immaculate condition.
To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement as I had been searching for the perfect car for a year and only had it for 2 1/2 months. I really really loved it so soon!
Thankfully everyone has walked away from the crash with no injuries. I'm very grateful for the build of the car, I couldn't have been more comfortable in a crash!
Now starts the search for a new one but I just feel they will all be second best.
Anyway, hello again fellow audi drivers!!
