Right guys,
I am looking at purchasing an A3 from Lincoln Audi, who are part of the JCT600 group. I would like to get some feedback or previous experiences you may have had with this dealership whether they be good or bad, before i make a decision.

I used them for servicing once. In terms of customer service they were very helpful giving me lifts to and from work. Cant really comment on the work they did as it was a routine service. They did manage to incorrectly set the service interval in the DIS though but were apologetic and quickly fixed it.
 
I haven't bought a car from them but the parts and service department are friendly and good. The sales and finance is another side. The sales lady was actually very nice but the finance guy she passed me to after a test drive was a complete ****. He was probably the same age as me or there about and just didn't take me seriously like I couldn't afford it and I was not worthy enough. Needless to Sa I took my business elsewhere!

This was nearly two years ago mind so things may have changed...
 
I bought my A3 from them and my old man bought his S4 from them. The reson i went to them is becuase of the way they treated the old man so I would recommend them to anyone as they are friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the car a month after having it and gave me a loan car for the time they had it which was about a week. ended up needing a new mech box and new clutch and flywheel.
 
Thanks for the response guys, seems like there are a respectable bunch then, possible need to watch out for the financial advisor on my next visit.
 
Ironically just recieved a call to say that the car i waiting to collect has now been sent off to a body show because it doesnt meet the audi standard and its in need of paint. it 2011 done 37000 miles. Im getting a bit concerned this car has possibly had a hard life and im being fobbed off a bit. also now have to wait another three days before i can collect it.

Would you look for another car?
 
How much warranty will you get with the car? If it's having body work done it'll probably be at Brooklands just around the corner. I wouldn't say it's unusual for it to go into the body shop for a bit of cosmetic work.
 
Got my current S3 from them in march and was a decent experience, been back in twice under warranty for leaking headlight washer and noisy diff and both sorted quickly with free courtesy car for the duration of the repairs.
