Hi Chaps,
I hope you all had a good Christmas. My air conditioning fan is sqeaking and rattling when the car is on idle (and A/C on) and it's because the bearing is starting to fail. Obviously she's an old girl now and with 166k on the clock I can definitely treat her to a new fan for the New Year.
The thing is, I've been doing some research and I can't really find any how to guides for replacing the two radiator fans. There's a lot of info about troubleshooting broken fans, but I just need to replace the existing ones and wondered if anybody had a handy guide or some tips. My research suggests it's not a bumper off job but I'm guessing it's easier if I remove it.
Any help is appreciated - thanks.
James.
