SI, do you mean it won't sit (line up) the way your old one did, if so there's a thread on here that gives instructions on how to take the cap apart and turn the top part of the cap round so it sits right, I used it to sort mine out when I swapped my R8 oil cap from my A4 to A5, it's easy mate, but I can't find the thread to post link, maybe you'll have better luck searching or google it.
Merry Xmas.

Yeah there not a straight fit but picked up a new oil filler pipe from tps which I'll be modding to try & make it fit.

Agh rite that's good to know, so basically I can swap the bottom of the cap over and just use the top of it? As the base of the Audi one is deeper than the Porsche one. I will try searching for the thread cheers John ;) if I find it i will tag it in to this thread.

The porsche cap doesn't come apart & it looks like it will line up but it's just to wide to fit in the filler neck. I tried sanding down the inner part of the filler neck but it still didn't fit so I've ended up cutting the neck off & now it fits perfect. I haven't fitted it to the car I'll be doing that tomorrow then I'll take & upload some pics.
