As in the title really guys, does the rs4 front bumper come with the parking sensor holes/mounts etc, i know it has the headlamp wash , but dont recall seeing the sensors mountings etc, if its an option does anyone know the correct part number .

cheers
rob

Yes, there's two in the plate holder and two just on the outside of the screen washers, my mates had them.

thanks for the update, your dtm bumper project is brill sir:cool:, fancy doing one for me now;)

Wish I could Rob but tbh the costs involved are just stupid, if I knew now before I started I probably wouldn't have bothered. I'm still not 100% convinced it's going look that great on the car anyway. Not seen many avants with it nut it's a 50/50 thing if I like so far, time will tell...

maybe, saw a complete unit inc grill etc, i was pondering on wether now the avants being sorted it may be a good plan, i asume its a straight forward fitting process.

Not really tbh mate, hence why most go for DTM. The RS4 bumper flairs out quite a bit to meet the wider wings and arches of the RS4 so you'll need a good bodyshop to be able to chop/modify it. I have seen it done but sure it was on a car in the states, I would assume it would be quite expensive to get done. In saying that I've seen complete Rs4 bumpers go for a hell of a lot less than DTMs so it could be worth doing and will be fairly rare.

Hope they finally get your car sorted out for you, been a long time coming!!

A few years ago i may have just thrown caution to wind and done it myself , but as i have got a bit older( not really any wiser with cars) i dont really have the inclination to do big mods anymore, i'd like to but the thought of someone else doing it seems to be a much better idea, but that costs more ££££ so its a bit of a no win situation, i'll have to do a bit more research into whats involved before i part with my wonga.

yes, i looked at it closer this afternoon and the front flare is more, not a massive amount as with the rear but still makes the job a lot more complicated , still keeping it mind though.
thanks for the input mate.
