Outside of the beloved audi circle, my fav is a Merc C63 AMG/Black Ed. Gorgeous sound and looks..but comes in 2nd to my love for the RS4/6

Neighbour has the AMG. Wakes the whole street up when he starts it but it's music to my ears. Just an awesome cruiser of a car

I really want an rs6 avant but if the rules are non Audi then a 458 Italia or Bentley continental gt

Yes to the C63 4 door for the family but not being too greedy i would drive the new D3 Alpina.

Mk2 Golf GTI or a C63 AMG, otherwise it would most likely be a Porsche of some sort.
 
I have a thing for jap performance (supra, evo, skyline etc, not a scooby fan though) or any Vdub pre 90s or post 2010
 
Tough decision, there are the exotics.

Off the top of my head;

Lotus Carlton
Singer 911
Ferarri F40

As far as an everyday car, nothing really excites me, If I had to chose then it would probably be a BMW 335D.

Singer gets my vote too! Just art on wheels. I can't get enough of the various features that have been made about them on youtube :)

Lexis is200 alteza sport 2L. My dad had one when I was younger loved it.
 
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

The engine noise gives me shudders, what a car.

Only thing is I've never been in one, i've only seen one in person once... A bloke at work does a lot of charity work, and has his own car group that hosts shows etc, and he knows a person with a Bugatti Veyron (normal one, but still a 16.4 engine so I'm not bothered) and said he could get me to come along to a show and have a sit in it, and maybe he'd take me up the track in it. Obviously I nearly died hearing this but i've gone onto nights and rarely see the guy now, who I think has completely forgotten about it :(

Oh well - one day!
 
I sat in one at Goodwood a couple of years ago. Great car, I just can't get over at the cost of keeping one... Once you get over how much it costs to buy in the first place that is :)

My "classic car" would be the Escort RS Cosworth.

Modern would be 911 GT3 (991)

Know what you mean I used to have a Renault 19 16v when I was 18 and still have a soft spot for fast renaults today cheap and fall to bits but still love them!
 
I'd love a Ford model A hotrod.
I love my super cars and stuff don't get me wrong, if I'm thinking super car it's got to be the aventador for me.

Nissan GTR, but in the more afforable category, Subaru Impreza Hawkeye JDM STI, Mitsubishi FQ 9
 
I've always loved Ferraris; not too fussed which one

If I had to look for something reasonably close to my price range, I would agree with others and go for the C63 AMG.

Audi wise RS6 Avant every time, although I was trying to persuade the wife last night to replace our convertible with one of these...

VW Corrado, Honda CRX, and the Honda Integra type R.

Speaking from a budget perspective obviously. Otherwise it would be the GTR aka Godzilla. :)
