Laughed out load when I read the description - nice to see you get a chassis, speakers and a carpet!! :o.k:

Looks nice condition but low spec on the entertainment pack and I'd need to change those wheels.

I'd go higher spec if I'm honest, sat nav, blue tooth etc.

Yeah the spec made me laugh too, I wanted mmi, and the iPhone connectivity, the b&o sound system would be a bonus too.

I don't have a good amount to spend, between 10-15k. But ideally I would like something slightly newer, although this has really low milage for its age and being a diesel.

Plus it has to be manual :)

I will keep an eye out, even for an a4, I know this is the first one I've seen, and I'm in no hurry yet.

I am tempted to test drive at the weekend though to see how quick they are and what all the fuss is about with a quattro as I've never driven one
The leather appeals to me too.

It looks reasonable, TBH one of the first things I look at are the tyres and the one picture shows a Nexen Tyre. If the owner can't ne bothered to spend some money on some decent tyres for the car what else hasn't been done or been skimped on.
Go and give it a look at if it's local even if it's not what you really want.
The problem with the 3.0 TDI is they are thin on the ground, you have a lot less choice and you will probably have to travel to find one.
I was looking for a few months before I found the one I have.
I never got stuck on spec items , I found the S line cars to be several thousand pounds more and the gadgets and gizmos weren't worth that to me. In car sat navs are usually a pain to keep upto date and cost a fortune to get new mapping.
The one I bought was an SE but had an S Line alcantara interior in so I was lucky there.

Karl.

Thanks Karl,
Yeah toys such as gps don't bother me, and alloys too, as I would change them to what I would want anyway and a later time.

Like you say I've had cheap tyres on mine a few times and it's not worth it.
If the owner buys a new a5 and puts a £40-£60 tyre on God knows what's been done.

The fact it's just up the road and next to where I work, makes it tempting to look at, and test drive.
I have no intention of buying that particular one but as its so local and the engine I want, it's worth a drive in my opinion.

I'd rather the a4 in all honesty but a5 looks more better, but it's less practical, Although I don't have kids. Lol

I don't have kids, had the options of both a4 and a5. Went with a4 s line. It's a mans car. LOL, SPECIAL
