Only bit I had to cut is these two bits in the centre that stuck out apart from that straight fit

Bumper to bonnet gap isn't even between the two sides and a bit wide for me. Just wind the adjusters up to close them a bit.
Ps, sell me your plate holder when you get your new one??
 
Oh i see what you mean .... yeah ihave to ajust this one whivh is inside the bumper probably ... will get it done this weekend as i'm working nights and has no time ... the plate is for sale with the old grill on Ebay don't really want to split them !

A few up to date pics of mine now it's been lowered and had new michelins all round and had a multifunction wheel and cruise control fitted
