at the moment no, after years of company cars (a couple of Audis a while back), we are going to one car. The only car we have at the moment is a V5 Beetle which is going before the S3 comes - always been a big VW fan. the Bug has been a fun car, but time for something a little more serious now the kids are growing up...

I was going to treat myself to a Ducati, but the wife wasn't too happy (mid-life crisis was mentioned) , so we comprised on getting an S3!
 
This is my 3rd Audi now.. i had 2.0TDI 8P, following on from that an S3 8P and now obviously my S3 8V... I have very rarely been dissappointed with any of them, hopefully you wont either.

The duke would of been fun for sure but at least you made a decent compromise with her!!
 
Here's mine.....picked up today. Would recommend anyone to go and see Kirsty at Audi in Macclesfield. Refreshing change to your stereotypical car sales person and I got the deal I wanted. Lovely to deal with. Chuffed to bits with the car (BW47).

Cheers, I've got a soft spot for white!! My old S3 was ibis haha. I prefer the glacier a lot more to the ibis though

Here are a few pics of my new pride & joy. Ordered in June, told it would be ready May next year but UK demand for the saloon resulted in much finger extracting at the factory, with the result that I collected mine four weeks ago!

Shan't bore you with the long list of extras, but suffice to say that it's a 65th birthday present to myself and I've already nearly frightened myself half to death! My last car was an MG ZT 1.8T which I'd had for over ten years, so this represents quite a change, both in performance and technology.

Pictures were taken a couple of weeks back in the afternoon when the sun was already on the way down, so not the best light to show off the fabulous Sepang Blue. I'll have another go in the summer and post some updates then. In the meantime, here she is ....

Here's a photo of ours taken in mid October, about a week after we collected the car. We'd got off the Hull-Rotterdam ferry and stopped at a services just over the German border. As it was such a gorgeous day and unusually hot for the time of year, we put the roof down and left it that way for the 100+ miles down the autobahn to Gütersloh. The ugly mush munching the sandwich is me, by the way!

Anyone else notice the Audi configurator now has the option of 19's for the HB and SB? A £995 option tho:faint:
 
Yes. Must be spec'd in conjunction with Magnetic Ride (to offset the ride quality issues).
 
G'day from Brisbane in Australia! Received delivery of my new brilliant black sportback manual a few weeks ago with SPP, Sunroof, Black-out Exterior and Interior Pack. Absolutely loving this car to bits! Couple of dodgy pics but you get the idea :p

Just tried a widescreen shot of mine. When the weather is nice, I've decided to go for a decent drive and find some decent back drops to get some nice photography of the car. Not really the time of year for it. I am so over the moon with my new S3. Incredible car.
