I know the quality isn't great, its taken on my phone at work.
Just thought it was an amazing sunset.

It’s a quality photo UV… cloudy skies make for the best sunsets imho :icon_thumright:

Fantastic photos there guys, some really worthy of a desktop wallpaper or even better poster on the wall.

Just goes to show that Earth is a very beautiful place :)

I visited Cheddar Gorge this weekend & took a few snaps! just a glimpse below...

The first is the aptly named Lion Rock, which really looks like a natural Sphinx.

The second was taken inside Gough's Cave ...some of the Hall's\Caverns inside are huge, you can't really judge the scale unless you see it yourself.

well worth a visit if you're ever in the West Country.

Absolutely Stunning Paul. Is this local to you? :) x

I wish, its Bennetts water gardens near Weymouth.
Went there last week while on holiday.

Stevie, fantastic pics, thanks for sharing with us. My favourite is the first with the rainbow. Please feel free to share more of your pics with us. We have lots of different categories. :) x

Thanks Sandra, probably the brightest rainbow I've ever seen, pity my camera and photography skills don't do the views justice though.
Rainbow was at Applecross, a road like no other, 1 in 3 gradients goes from sea level to over 2000 ft in about 3 miles. Others Glencoe and near Kyle of Lochalsh.

Here's another of the rainbow(s).

Wow, a double rainbow. I thought i recognised the area, while since i been there though. Keep posting more Stevie your pics are great. We not critical in here, we just enjoy the pics for what they are.

I was upset with Applecross. It was like riding on Dunkirk beach on the Ducati. The roads to get to it however were something else. It was like riding the motogp

Stunning photo @AndyB-S3 :icon thumright:

@Artimus with the balcony on the right and that sunset, it looks more like you’re on a Star Wars ship than a Cruise ship!

Lovely Sunset and night photo

@Ghost is that a piece of the old Pier, "Modern Art" or both, in the foreground? It certainly looks deliberately cut and placed.

I knew my Sunset picture reminded me of something, but couldn't think what until you commented - Starship Enterprise Warp Drive (got to love a Star Trek movie).

@Artimus I believe it’s a sculpture, and nothing to do with the old pier mate. :icon thumright:

I will do Sandra. I honestly took this long to find this section or I would have posted more sooner.
Unfortunately, my Flickr page may not be to everyone's taste though.....lol. (Unless you like Scanias and Cranes)...!

Oh aye, there is some 'bonny' scenery no matter where you go, Sandra.
Regarding the first shot of An Teallach, I was about 3000ft up Ben Wyvis when I took it and although it looks lovely, the wind was pushing 70 mph. The walking poles were working hard that day and I still have a knackered cartilage as a result...!
